Refund Policy

1. Deposit Terms

A deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to secure your booking. The deposit is non-transferable and applied toward the total cost of service.

 

2. Booking Confirmation

Your booking will only be confirmed after the deposit has been successfully received. Availability is not guaranteed without payment.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

•More than 14 days before the start date: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

•14 days or less before the start date: The deposit is non-refundable.

 

4. Early Pickup

If you choose to pick up your pet earlier than the scheduled end date, the original full booking price will still apply. No refund will be issued for unused days.

 

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In case of emergencies (e.g. extreme weather, medical emergencies), we reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings. A full refund or suitable alternative may be offered at our discretion.

 

6. No-Show Policy

If you fail to appear on the agreed drop-off date without prior notice, your booking will be considered canceled, and no refund will be provided.

 

7. Agreement to Terms

By confirming your booking and paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms stated in this policy.
