01 The home & the handover
We’ll discuss the proposed boarding arrangement and location before you confirm. Other animals, separation needs and handover details should be clear, not a surprise on arrival.
You shouldn’t have to piece the important things together. We’ll discuss the arrangement before you decide.
02 The routine & the updates
Share your cat’s food, habits and care needs. Daily photo and video updates are part of the service. Medication or extra care must be assessed and agreed before it is accepted.
03 The full price
Your total stay length selects one daily rate for the whole stay. Both drop-off and collection days count. The current calculator sets out applicable bank holiday supplements and optional extras.
