Edge Lane · Great with both our cats
average rating is 5 out of 5
We have one cat who loves attention and one who lives under the bed. The sitter was great with both—she played with the confident one but didn't force the shy one, just left treats out for him. By day 3, even the shy one was out! Much better than a cattery where they'd be separated.

Liverpool · Finally found a reliable local sitter!
average rating is 5 out of 5
I’ve struggled to find someone trustworthy in Liverpool since moving here last year. This service was spot on. The meet & greet was really professional (she actually wrote down my instructions about the window locks), and I got updates every single visit. My cat usually ignores strangers, but he was actually sitting on her lap in the photos. huge relief.

Redland · A huge upgrade from Doubletrees
average rating is 5 out of 5
We've used Doubletrees for years, but booking is a nightmare and the drop-off hours are so strict. Finding a vetted sitter in Redland who is flexible with key collection was a lifesaver. Plus, getting WhatsApp videos instead of silence made my holiday so much more relaxing. It feels much more personal.

South Ken · No more stressful drives down the M4!
average rating is 4 out of 5
I used to drive an hour out to a "luxury" cattery in Surrey just to avoid standard metal cages, and the traffic was always a nightmare. Finding this cage-free home boarding right here in South Kensington is a game-changer. My Bengal had a whole room to roam in the sitter's flat, real furniture to sleep on, and zero travel stress. Worth every single penny.

Bearsden · Way better than the freezing outdoor pens
average rating is 5 out of 5
Even the so-called 'luxury' catteries we’ve tried out in the countryside get absolutely freezing during a Scottish winter. Leaving our 14-year-old senior cat in a warm, real home environment right here in Bearsden was such a relief. She had her own sunny window seat and the sitter was fantastic with her daily medication. We won't use anyone else now.

East Village · I’ll never use a traditional cattery again
average rating is 5 out of 5
I used to dread going away because my cat, Miso, would come back from catteries smelling of chemicals and looking stressed. Picking him up from here was a totally different experience. He was asleep on a velvet chair when I arrived! It’s spotless, calm, and clearly run by genuine cat people.

Newton Mearns · No more stressful trips down the M77!
average rating is 5 out of 5
We used to drive 40 minutes out to a cattery in Ayrshire every time we went abroad. Our British Shorthair hated the car, and to be honest, the metal pens were depressing. Switching to a vetted sitter in Giffnock was a revelation. She stayed in her own familiar environment, and the sitter even brought our bins in and sorted the post. A truly premium service that we will definitely use again.

East Village · A true "Concierge" experience for my Ragdoll
average rating is 4 out of 5
Living in a high-rise, I worry about safety and stimulation. The Stratford team was incredible—my cat had his own "room with a view" of the Olympic Park and was groomed daily. It felt more like a boutique hotel than a standard sitter. The daily video updates were the highlight of my trip.

W8 · They actually followed my 3-page care list!
average rating is 5 out of 5
I admit it, my Persian cat is ridiculously spoiled and on a very specific raw food diet. Traditional catteries always mess it up. I left extremely detailed instructions for the sitter near High Street Ken, and she followed them flawlessly. She even noticed when Coco was slightly fussy one evening and stayed an extra 30 minutes to hand-feed her. Incredible dedication.

Mossley Hill · Helped with post-op recovery
average rating is 4 out of 5
Bad timing as our cat had just been spayed and had to wear the cone of shame while we were away for a wedding. The sitter was brilliant—checked her stitches, made sure she was eating soft food, and gave her plenty of cuddles. It was such a relief not to have to cancel our trip.
