South Ken · No more stressful drives down the M4!
average rating is 4 out of 5
I used to drive an hour out to a "luxury" cattery in Surrey just to avoid standard metal cages, and the traffic was always a nightmare. Finding this cage-free home boarding right here in South Kensington is a game-changer. My Bengal had a whole room to roam in the sitter's flat, real furniture to sleep on, and zero travel stress. Worth every single penny.

W8 · They actually followed my 3-page care list!
average rating is 5 out of 5
I admit it, my Persian cat is ridiculously spoiled and on a very specific raw food diet. Traditional catteries always mess it up. I left extremely detailed instructions for the sitter near High Street Ken, and she followed them flawlessly. She even noticed when Coco was slightly fussy one evening and stayed an extra 30 minutes to hand-feed her. Incredible dedication.

Notting Hill · My Sphynx actually stayed warm!

Hairless cats get cold so easily, and the 'luxury' cattery we tried in Surrey was basically a glorified shed with a heat lamp. This time, we used a Cattery 001 home sitter in W8. Our boy literally spent his whole week curled up by her radiator and sleeping on her lap. The daily WhatsApp photos of him looking so cozy and spoilt made my holiday.

Holland Park · So much safer than those generic pet apps
average rating is 4 out of 5
We tried one of those big sitter apps last year and the person couldn't even figure out our house alarm in Holland Park. Never again. The Cattery 001 team is completely different. Our sitter was DBS-checked, totally professional with the keys, and so respectful of our home. They sent gorgeous WhatsApp videos of Jasper every morning. A proper premium service.

Kensington · The daily videos made my holiday so much better
average rating is 4 out of 5
I am a helicopter parent and hate being away from my cat. The sitter in Kensington understood this completely. She didn't just send a text; she sent video clips every morning and evening of my cat chasing toys and purring. Seeing him happy meant I could actually enjoy my trip without guilt. The communication was 10/10.

Kensington · Discreet and premium service
average rating is 5 out of 5
Living in a tight-knit mews, we didn't want random strangers coming and going while we were in France. The sitter matched with us was incredibly discreet, polite, and clearly a feline expert. Our usually grumpy British Shorthair absolutely adored her. Finally, a cat care service that actually matches the standards expected in West London.

Gloucester Road · Saved us when a major app let us down
average rating is 4 out of 5
We had a sitter booked on one of those big pet apps who cancelled 48 hours before our flight to Dubai. Pure panic. Cattery 001 matched us with a fully vetted sitter near Gloucester Road the very next day. The meet & greet was so thorough—asking about microchip details and vet emergency numbers—things the app sitters never bother with. The peace of mind was incredible.

Earl's Court · Way better than boarding at the local vet
average rating is 5 out of 5
Our vet in Notting Hill offers boarding, but it’s essentially just a clinical cage in the back room. My cat gets so depressed there. The home environment with Cattery 001 was night and day. He stayed with a lovely vetted sitter in Earl's Court, had a window to watch the birds, and looked so relaxed in the daily photos. The only service I’ll trust from now on.

Campden Hill · Kept our house secure for 3 weeks
average rating is 5 out of 5
We were off to Mustique and couldn't bear putting our two Ragdolls in a boarding facility near Heathrow again. Our sitter from Cattery 001 was a godsend. She handled the complex security locks perfectly, collected our mail so the house didn't look empty, and the cats were completely unstressed in their own environment. Way more professional than the student sitters we used from that well-known app last year.
